Made this a while ago for a Sailor Moon Contest that I missed the deadline for due to lack of motivation to finish the project. However, everyone else in the contest just drew the anime version of all the characters. Hmm... Yeah.
So here's the darker version of a picture I drew a while ago. It used to be really really bright and vibrant and it kinda was too... happy go lucky for what I was wanting. So here's a not so bright version -I'll post the bright one under scraps in a sec.
